SPIRE European Analysis Report

The European Analysis Report (EAR) is a distillation of the SPIRE results, in particular, the Standard Assessment Report (SAR), Improvement Project Plans (IPP), Standard Evaluation Reports (SER), Case Studies, and Mentor and SSD Final Reports. The objective of the report is to provide an analysis of the impact of Software Process Improvement (SPI) within SSDs/SMEs throughout Europe, and, in doing so, to identify trends and key features of SPI projects for future planning or implementation.
